We take pride in offering a quiet, comfortable environment in a woodland setting -- conveniently located near major highways and shopping, yet secluded in a neighborhood that lends itself to afternoon strolls, visits with friends and relaxation.

Oakland Heights is family-owned and -operated, founded in 1969. It became exclusively a 55+ community in 1976.

Each home is owned by its resident(s) who pay monthly rent for the lot.

Dogs are not allowed, regardless of size. One indoor cat is permitted per home.
